        Piezoelectric photo machine is a relatively expensive precision instrument, in order to enable it to print fine large format color images, it must be made to work in the best state. The important condition to keep it in the best printing state for a long time is to operate according to the chapter and be diligent in maintenance. Although the use of large format color inkjet printers is not complicated, users still need to develop the habit of strictly following the instructions to complete the entire operation, especially to develop the correct switching habit. For users, switching on and off is the simplest operation, but it is also the most important maintenance measure.

Second, provide a good use environment

        The nozzle of the piezoelectric photo machine is distributed with thousands of tiny spray holes, because the size of the nozzle aperture is equivalent to the dust floating in the space, if the working environment of the photo machine is poor, there is more dust, and the small nozzle is easy to be polluted and blocked by dust.

        The print head is most likely to clog the spray hole due to long printing time, improper use of ink, or long time left unused. Of course, the use of poor quality ink will also cause blockage of the spray hole and affect the print quality, and even lead to the entire print head being scrapped in serious cases. However, in the application, no one can avoid encountering the phenomenon of nozzle blockage, but when encountering such events, we must deal with it very early, and must not be wise and foolish, resulting in undue losses.
　　Most of the printing heads that seem to have been scrapped are only temporarily blocked and cannot work, and to restore their printing function, it can be done with a simple flushing method. For normal printing, but the phenomenon of broken needles when printing test strips, or the slight blockage of blurred images under high resolution, it should be cleaned as soon as possible with cleaning procedures, which is the simplest and best maintenance method.
　　For the printing process, the machine frequently fills ink or cleans the spray hole, but the printing effect is still poor or the print head nozzle is seriously blocked, in this case, the manual cleaning method can only be used. Although the manual cleaning method is not complicated, because of the need to remove the nozzle, the number of cleaning should not be too much or too frequent. The manual cleaning method is to use a syringe and a rubber tube that can be placed on the needle, cleaning liquid and other tools. After taking off the nozzle, put a rubber tube over the location of the blocked spray hole and ink bag, put the surface of the nozzle in the cleaning solution, and gently pump with a syringe to solve the problem.
